In no event shall seller be liable for any loss of use, revenue, profit or custom or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the sales of goods.

Buyer’s acceptance of the goods ordered herein constitutes a representation that it is solvent within the meaning of the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code.

If an action is commenced to enforce payment as herein provided, buyer consents to the exercise of legal jurisdiction by any state or federal court appointed within the state of Nebraska.
