To assure the best possible fit and function, a measurement chart is required for this item.

  2. Complete the measuring chart. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE HORTON’S ORDER NUMBER on the chart. (You will receive an e-mail when you place your order. The order number will appear in this e-mail.)
  3. Fax the chart to Horton’s (Fax number is on the chart) or,
  4. Call Horton’s to give them the measurement information.
